SIZE GUIDE
At Kidney Threadz we want every piece you wear to feel as comfortable as it is meaningful. Whether you are wearing it to treatment, to a walk, or just through your day — comfort matters. Use this guide to find your perfect fit before ordering.
Because our products are made to order we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please measure yourself carefully before placing your order.
HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
You will need a soft measuring tape. If you do not have one use a piece of string and then measure the string against a ruler.
Chest Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest keeping it parallel to the ground. Do not pull it tight — keep it comfortable. This is your chest measurement.
Length Measure from the top of your shoulder straight down to where you want the shirt to end.
Sleeve Measure from the center of the back of your neck to your shoulder then down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

FIT NOTES
Our apparel is designed with a relaxed unisex fit. Here is what that means for you:
If you prefer a fitted look order your true size based on your chest measurement.
If you prefer a looser more comfortable fit — which many of our dialysis patients and caregivers prefer for treatment days — we recommend sizing up one size.
If you are between two sizes we always recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
DIALYSIS COMFORT TIP 💚
If you are ordering to wear during dialysis treatments we recommend choosing a size that gives you extra room around the arms and shoulders for easy access. A relaxed fit also makes those long treatment sessions much more comfortable.
