Processing Time
All orders are made especially for you. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales or holidays processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped orders typically arrive within:
- 3 to 5 business days for U.S. orders after processing
- Total estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from order date
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped via USPS. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive it. You can track your order directly at usps.com using your tracking number.
Wrong Address Policy
Please double check your address before completing your order. If a wrong or incomplete address is entered at checkout Kidney Threadz is not responsible for replacing the order. If the package is returned to us you will need to cover reshipping fees.
For address correction requests please contact us immediately at orders@kidneythreadz.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped delays by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it please contact your local post office first then email us at orders@kidneythreadz.com.
Kidney Threadz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. If you have an issue please email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@kidneythreadz.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. International Orders
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping availability and estimated delivery times please contact us at orders@kidneythreadz.com before placing your order.
